I wore green and a leprechaun pin on Friday. :D I also bought a Shamrock shake at McDonald's. :) Green is such a nice color. It's kind of nice how most people wear green on St. Patrick's Day. (Did you know St. Patrick isn't Irish?) My coworker won't wear green though. She said, "Have you seen a Chinese Irish person?" Anything's possible.. When everyone wears some green, it almost feels like everyone's united again. Remember after 9/11? Almost everyone had a flag on / in their car and / or displayed in front of their house. That died down a few months later, but there was a sense of solidarity during those few months. That was a nice feeling. Too bad it takes such a tragic event to unite people. That reminds me of funerals. That's when you see all your relatives under one roof grieving together or at least there to support one another.
