When asked what I want to eat when I go out, most of the time I will pick some kind of Mexican restaurant. My favorite entrees are Vegetarian Burritos or Fajitas. Anyway, so some friends and my boyfriend call me 'Mexican' because of how much Mexican food I consume. Hehe.. The amusing part to all of this is that my Mexican college roommate loves Chinese food. Her boyfriend bought her a panda bear to symbolize the Chinese in her. When we lived together, we sometimes went out to eat Chinese food and get some Chinese drinks (pearl teas). She used to buy a lot of Chinese take out on her own, too. Either we were drawn to each other as roommates because of our enjoyment of Mexican/Chinese food, or we really influenced each other during those three years we lived together.
