Here are some rules of a library:

No staring at or following another person about the library with the intent to annoy that person.

No using rest rooms for washing clothes or bathing.

Maintain bodily hygiene that is not so offensive as to constitute a nuisance to other persons in the library. Shirts and shoes must be worn in the library; bathing suits are prohibited.

Some of the rules seemed geared towards the homeless.. as if they had access to read the rules off the internet.

After my visit to the library today, I bet they added another rule...
